Improvements and maintenance of ponds and water features
Normally we use Royal Mail, Parcelforce or Deadline Couriers.
This allows us to deliver in 5 working days from your order. Weekend and bank holidays do not count as working days for delivery purposes. Note that a small number of bulky items have special longer delivery times and these are spelled out on the relevant product descriptions, immediately before or above the Add to Basket button.
We deliver to addresses in mainland England, Wales and parts of Scotland as part of our standard service.
Non standard delivery service may be arranged on request for Highlands and Islands of Scotland, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Isles of Scilly (postcodes IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, ZE, BT, IM, TR21-25).
We do not deliver to Channel Islands or international locations.
As a new customer you can register for an account on this website. You don't actually have to buy anything.
We will review your account and may upgrade your account to a “Regular Customer” status.
Next time you visit our website and log in, you will be offered the option of free customer pick up from us in Chalfont St Giles, Buckinghamshire.
Newly signed up account holders do not have the option of free customer pick up (“Click and Collect”) because it can take several days to review and upgrade your account.
Please inspect your delivery and report any goods found to be damaged or faulty as soon as you can.
Most items are available for delivery 4 working days from your order. For standard orders please allow 7-10 days for delivery (from the date of placing your order) before reporting your order as undelivered. If we are unable to supply you with your goods within 6 days, we will contact you to let you know and give you a revised delivery date. You will be given the option to cancel or amend your order if this is the case. Some bulky products have a longer, non-standard delivery time quoted on the website at time of order.
If we fail to supply you, or supply you with goods that you find to be damaged, faulty or misdescribed after a reasonable examination, we will replace the item free of charge or refund your money. In these circumstances we reserve the right to ask you for independent confirmation of any claimed faults.
